Band Teacher Hiring Update

Greetings Garfield Community,

After an extensive search, we were not able to find a replacement for our band teacher Tony Sodano. We had several candidates who applied, but of the candidates that were submitted to our Human Resources Department for hire, they either decided not to take the position or accepted a position in another district. Our plan is to start the year with a substitute and continue to advertise the band teacher position.
