Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative Survey 2017
The Healthy Youth Central Area Network (HYCAN) is a community-based initiative that strives to increase assets in individuals, families and communities to through prevention and intervention strategies that support youth in making healthy life choices.
Each year, we ask Central District stakeholders to help us identify community perceptions of youth drug and alcohol use and abuse.
The survey is confidential and data will help us to select prevention programs to strengthen communities and empower youth.
