Please congratulate the Girls Track and Field team who placed 5th at the Metro Championships last Friday 5/11 and the Boys who placed 15th in a 2 way tie with Cleveland.
Lyric H. (11) placed 7th in the 100M, 1st Triple Jump, 1St 200M, and 1st 4×200 Relay along with Ella P., Gemma W., and Jyotika C.
Ella P. (10) placed 11th in the 100M, 13th 200M, 1st in the 4X200 Relay, and 5th 4X100 Relay along with My-Chelle K., Jyotika C., and Gemma W. All will move on to Districts.
My-Chelle K. (11) placed 22nd in the 100M, and 5th in the 4X100 Relay.
Jyotika C. (9) placed 23rd in the 100M, 15th 200M, 1st in the 4X200 Relay, 5th and in the 4X100 Relay.
Sydney S. (12) placed 9th in the 400M, 16th in the 800M, 10th in the 4X400 Relay along with Taylor K., Lena S., and Paige A. and will move on in the 400 to Districts after a scratch as well as being an alternate on the 4X200 Relay.
Taylor K. (12) placed 13th in the 400M, and 10th in the 4X400 Relay and will move onto Districts as a relay alternate.
Lena S. (12) placed 10th in the 800M, 18th in the 1600, and 10th in the 4X400 Relay.
Olivia R. (10) placed 21st in the 800M.
Isabel S. (11) placed 5th in the 3200 and moves on to Districts.
Eleanor D. (11) placed 6th in the 100 Hurdles and she moves on to Districts.
Paige A. (11) placed 22nd in the 300 Intermediate Hurdles, and 10th in the 4X400 Relay.
Margaret L. (9) placed 2nd in the Pole Vault with a Jump of 12’3” and she moves on to Districts.
Jasmin C. (9) placed 16th in a 7 way tie in the Pole Vault.
Umoya M. (11) placed 4th in the Shot Put she moves on to Districts.
Kayla B. (12) placed 6th in the High Jump, and 11th in the Long Jump and she moves on to Districts in the HJ.
Andy M. (10) placed 11th in the 400M, 12th in the 4X1 Relay, and 12th in the 4X4 Relay along with John V. (11), Raziel S.n (12), Gabriel T. (12).
Gabriel T. (12) placed 9th in the 800M, 12th in the 4X4 Relay, and will move on to the Districts after a scratch in the 800M!
Ian K. (12) placed 14th in the 3200.
Ke’Von A. (11) placed 17th in the 110 Hurdles and 19th in the 300 Intermediate Hurdles.
Zuberi W. (12) placed 22nd in the 110 Hurdles.
