Free Summer Skills Center Courses — Sign Up Now!
Dear Families:
Applications for Seattle Skills Center’s free summer courses are now available online. Summer Skills Center courses are open to all incoming 9th-12th graders. While these classes are great for any of our high school students, they can be especially helpful to current 8th-grade students to help them transition to high school and get a head start on earning credits.
Students can:
- Earn .5 high school Career and Technical Education credit
- Learn new skills that might lead to a more focused experience in college and career
- Meet new friends
The summer program will run July 9-Aug. 3, Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM – 4:15 PM, at several locations.
Orca cards or bus tokens will be available.
