She was at GHS on Valentine’s Day to help with the menu of chicken parmesean and kale caesar salad! She was born and raised in Madrona and worked in food services for Swedish Hospital before coming to SPS. She loves all kinds of Asian food and delicious ingredients such as brussel sprouts, olive oil and mangos. She feels lucky her job allows her to connect with children and watch them grow up.
The menus at SPS emphasize variety and health with vegan options, pasta, fruits, vegetables, yogurts, granola, burgers, sandwiches and salads. This emphasis encourages young palates to learn to enjoy eating healthy.
