Seattle Public Schools Annual Family Survey — Due Friday, May 18
All guardians with a K-12 student should have received an email link to the family survey from surveys@qualtrics-survey.com on Tuesday, April 17. The survey window will close on Friday, May 18. If your family does not have an email address on file, you will receive a mailed paper survey.
Results are used to guide improvements at the school and district level. Your responses on this survey are confidential.
