Summer Language & Leadership Camp: Learn Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, or Korean!
Summer Language & Leadership Camp. In this three-week program, students will take beginning Modern Standard Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, or Korean and earn up to 0.5 World Language credits. In the afternoons, students will participate in cultural activities and leadership workshops. There is a registration fee of $25, but all other costs (supplies, snacks, lunch, field trips) are covered by OneWorld Now! thanks to a grant from STARTALK.
The OneWorld Now! Summer Language & Leadership Camp will take place from July 9-27, 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, at Franklin High School in Seattle, WA. We will accept applications through Friday, June 15. All students (rising 9th graders through graduating 12th graders) interested in learning these languages are encouraged to apply for the program.
