Tech + Nonprofit Internship Opportunity

MEANS Database, a food recovery nonprofit that utilizes tech, has launched an Ambassadors Internship Program and is currently accepting applications for a fully remote Spring internship. This opportunity is open to both high school and college students and requires a commitment of ten hours a week with a stipend of $1000. Ambassadors will experience all aspects of MEANS Database while focusing and being mentored in one of five areas – Web Development, Social Media and Marketing, Grant Writing, Public Policy, and Outreach.

Ambassadors will

gain insight into the ins and outs of nonprofit sector work,
learn about the history of food policy and hunger in America,
attend webinars on personal and professional development and networking,
be trained on how to use many forms of software including Slack, Google Teams, and WordPress.
