Seniors! Applied to Seattle Promise?

3 Next Steps:

1. RSVP for Readiness Academy

• Students can now RSVP for Readiness Academy, a 2.5 hour event
• Students can choose a Readiness Academy date between May 25^th and June 11^thfrom 1-3:30pm
• Students need to attend Readiness Academy in order to stay eligible for Seattle Promise.  
• Most events are on Zoom, with three (3) small in-person student events (limited space). RSVP Here:  https://go.seattlecolleges.edu/events/category/SCCD_Seattle_Promise_Scholarship

2. Complete Placement Test

• Students need to complete the placement test at least one week before they attend Readiness Academy. 
• We encourage students to take the placement test by May 24^th. 
• We are also offering Test Taking Strategies workshops May 13, 19 and 20 from 1-2pm. Students can sign up here.  

3. Financial Aid Documents

• Students will have until August 1^st to submit their financial aid paperwork.
