Building Leadership Team

The Garfield High School Building Leadership Team (BLT) is an official government body that brings together teachers, support staff, administration and parents.  The BLT has the following areas of focus, some of which are handled by BLT subcommittees:

• Continuous School Improvement Plan (C-SIP)
• Professional Development plan and focus for staff
• Discretionary Budget
• Decision Making Matrix
• Deciding on applications for PTSA-funded Small Grants
