PTSA Seeks Volunteer Co-Treasurer

The PTSA is urgently seeking a volunteer to work with the other experienced Co-Treasurer to ensure the sound financial and fiduciary operating of the PTSA.  Spring is budgeting season for the school administration and PTSA so right now is the best time to get up to speed alongside the current two Co-Treasurers.

Responsibilities of this position include accessing Quickbooks (no prior experience necessary) to run monthly reports and facilitate discussion at the Board meeting, complete annual forms and paperwork for the PTSA, and prepare and manage the annual budget with other Board and school members.  

This Co-Treasurer position involves 5-10 hours of your volunteer time each month. This is a two-year rotating position.
