Final Band Concert & Family Potluck — Thursday, June 14

The last concert and potluck for band families is Thursday night, June 14. It will also be senior recognition and band awards.

This will be a low-key event with the concert in the band room and dining in the courtyard and drumline room.

Please arrive at 6:30 PM to help set up food and chairs. The concert will start at 7 PM.

The music portion will start with band and then end with drumline.

Then band awards followed by senior recognition.

The evening should be finished by 8:15 PM.

The potluck is fun and the food assignments are as follows:

• Flutes/Cymbals — entrees
• Clarinets/Quads — desserts
• Saxophones/Bass Drums — drinks
• Trumpets/Snares — sides and chips
• Other brass — plates, napkins, and utensils

Please label your food if it contains nuts, apples or kiwis as we have some allergies.
