Pick Up 2024 GHS Diploma in Sept.

Hey, 2024 graduates and families, diplomas will be ready for pickup roughly the 2nd week of school in fall 2024.

Diplomas are not available by mail or through any other distribution method.

WHAT TO KNOW

When: Week 2 of 2024-25 school year (actual start date TBA), during weekday school hours. DO NOT ASK GHS for a Class of 2024 Diploma any earlier.

Where: The GHS Main Office

Who Can Pick Up: The graduate or a parent/guardian 1) listed in the student’s records and 2) who has brought an ID Card that confirms identity.

How: Bring that ID and go the Main Office, just to the right after you enter through the main Garfield entrance (north side of building, facing the plaza).

Don’t Delay: Diplomas are kept at the school for 1 year (sometimes 2). After then, the student will need to contact District archives/records for a diploma.
