TRUE DAWG of the week: Willa N!

This week’s True Dog is senior Willa N., a captain of the Garfield Girls’ Swim and Dive team.

Now in her second season as a team captain, Willa has become an important leader both in and out of the pool. She helps make sure the team is prepared to compete each Friday and sets the tone through her consistency, effort, and commitment.

Early morning practices are not always easy, but Willa leads by example and comes ready to work. She competes in several events, including freestyle, breaststroke, and relays, and continues to be someone her teammates can count on.

Thank you, Willa, for representing Garfield with leadership, hard work, and Bulldog pride.

You are a True Dawg!
