Waite The officials of the National Merit Scholarship Corporation announced the names of approximately 16,000 Semifinalist in the 67th annual National Merit Scholarship Program. This represents less than one percent of the nations high school seniors! The NMSC’s goal is to honor the nation’s scholastic champions, encouraging the pursuit of academic excellence.
