This elegant event offers a chance to dress up and dance to live waltz music performed by Garfield High School’s orchestral ensembles. This year’s theme, “Over the Waves”, was chosen by our student musicians based on the famous waltz “Sobre las Olas” by Juventino Rosas Cadenas.

Dress code is Festive Formal, and we invite you and the entire community to participate. Don’t miss out—tickets and tables sell quickly, so secure your spot for this special night!

Join us in person to hear guest speaker Nicole Groves, Ph.D present Understanding & Supporting Executive Function & ADHD in High Schoolers

Groves is an Acting Assistant Professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine and a licensed clinical psychologist at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Her research focuses on emotion regulation and executive functioning in ADHD, and she is interested in contributing to the optimization of interventions for these and related impairments for individuals with ADHD.

Hosted by the Garfield PTSA as the primary topic for our March General Meeting in the Garfield Library.
