All students in Grade 10 are expected to take the Math assessment.
- The Math assessment will be administered May 15-19 during social studies classes.
All Garfield community members are welcome at PTSA General Meetings, which often feature a guest speaker. Current PTSA members receive the Zoom link via email in advance. If you need that link, email communications@garfieldptsa.org. Board Meeting will follow end of General Meeting.

The Garfield Symphony Orchestra presents their annual Senior Concerto Concert this Thursday, May 25, 7:00pm at Seattle First Baptist Church (1111 Harvard Ave). The concert will feature five senior soloists: Olivia Fann, Kelly Ma, Sophia O’Mahony, Sophia Ruiz-Murphy, and Gus Shuman. The concert is free of charge and there will be a dessert reception to follow.
All students in Grade 11 are expected to take the Washington Comprehensive Assessment of Science (WCAS).
- Garfield HS will administer the WCAS May 30-June 2 in science classes.
