Covid and Flu Vaccines at GHS Teen Health Center
Garfield Teen Health Center will be offering Covid vaccines (Pfizer) to students and staff on the following dates: October 21, October 26, and November 16th. Please have your student come to the THC to pick up a consent form and make an appointment. Consent needs to be signed by parent/guardian before the appointment. Students age 18 and older can sign the consent independently. If your child has already received one dose, please have them bring their vaccination card to their appointment.
Flu vaccines are also available for students in the Teen Health Center. Your student may come to the Teen Health Center to pick up a consent form and schedule an appointment.
