Garfield Basketball in State 3A Quarterfinals

Congratulations to the Garfield Girls and Boys Basketball teams on an outstanding postseason so far!

Garfield Girls won the Metro and District 2 3A Championships, while Garfield Boys placed third in both tournaments. Both teams qualified for the State 3A tournament and won their opening games: Garfield Girls defeated Meadowdale 62-48 and Garfield Boys defeated Timberline 83–51.

You can watch Garfield Basketball next in the State 3A Quarterfinals at the Tacoma Dome on Thursday, March 2. Garfield Girls will face their TBD opponent at 10:30am; Garfield Boys will play at 9pm.
