Learn Your Rights & Earn Delights! – Aug 28
UPDATE: REGISTRATION DEADLINE – AUG 28 at noon.
High school teens and their parents are invited to attend a virtual seminar where they will learn to be prepared in the event they encounter police. Preparation is key. The programming will teach attendees about filing complaints against police for misconduct, the basics of the criminal justice system, and their rights under the 5th Amendment. This event offers closed-caption automatic translation.
While supplies last, those families who are among the first 100 (one-hundred) to complete a short quiz AFTER attending the online training will be eligible to receive a candy package gift. The link to the quiz will be emailed to the email address you provide when you register.
