Pick Up 2025 GHS Diploma in Sept.

Hey, Class of 2025 members and families, diplomas will be ready for pickup roughly the 2nd week of school in fall 2025.

Diplomas are not available by mail or through any other distribution method.

WHAT TO KNOW (updated 5/30/25)

When: Week 2 of 2025-26 school year (actual start date TBA), during weekday school hours. DO NOT ASK GHS for a Class of 2025 Diploma any earlier.

Where: The GHS Main Office

Who Can Pick Up: The graduate or a parent/guardian 1) listed in the student’s records and 2) who has brought an ID Card that confirms identity.

How: Bring that ID and go the Main Office, just to the right after you enter through the main Garfield entrance (north side of building, facing the plaza).

Don’t Delay: Diplomas are kept at the school for 1 year (sometimes 2). After then, the student will need to contact District archives/records for a diploma.
