Walk-up COVID Vaccination Clinics at Garfield – May 20
Garfield is hosting walk-up COVID vaccination clinics for unvaccinated students, families, and community members ages 12 and up. The first clinic was held this past Monday, and a second clinic will be held tomorrow, Thursday May 20, from 2-4:30pm. Consent from a parent or guardian is required for minors (scroll down). Vaccinations of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine are administered by Seattle Fire Department EMTs in the parking lot along 25th Ave, between the Gymnasium and Garfield track.
Important – this is a TWO DOSE series of vaccination and the second dose is scheduled upon receiving the first dose. Be sure to mark your calendar for your second dose!
Option 1 – May 17 (1st dose) and June 7 (2nd dose)
Option 2 – May 20 (1st dose) and June 10 (2nd dose)
Parental/Guardian Consent can be provided:
– Verbally, if present during vaccination,
– OR, via email to Nurse Rebecca at rcdubin@seattleschools.org using the following template:
“I, [your name] authorize my child [student name] to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.”
