Winter Sports Info Session & Physicals Clinic on Oct. 24
GHS Athletics and Activities Director Tiffany Bigham (tlbigham@seattleschools.org) has announced a Teen Health Center Clinic / Winter Sports Clinic/Event in the Commons 6-8:30 pm Oct. 24.
Families and student-athletes will be able to:
- meet winter sports teams’ coaches;
- learn about topics such as tryouts;
- get on-the-spot sports physicals.
Official Garfield winter sports are expected to include:
- Boys Basketball
In other Garfield Athletics news: Ms. Bigham also noted she is seeking a Bowling coach (stipend included), and is working on creating an NCAA/NIAA information session for athletes who are seeking college-sports opportunities.
