2022 Parent University Annual Conference

Registration is now open for The Bush School’s Parent University’s annual conference on Saturday, April 30. This year’s program will take place in-person with a focus on tools and strategies for supporting the mental health of our collective youth. The event is headlined by keynote speaker, Dr. Delaney Ruston, MD, documentary filmmaker, speaker, and physician.

“Bush’s Parent University provides a forum for parents/guardians, and caregivers from throughout the city of Seattle to hear and learn from experts in the fields of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ), adolescent development, neurodiversity, and teen mental health about raising children to be healthy, compassionate, and empathetic members of our communities.” Percy L. Abram, Head of School

The conference will address key topics around mental health as participants in the conference will seek to deepen dialogue on these complex issues, to involve a broader community in problem-solving, and to find and share healthy and balanced approaches with their children.
