TIMES CORRECTED! Help with the Purple & White Day BBQ! — Friday, June 15
Purple & White Day on Friday, June 15 celebrates the end of the school year, and the highlight is a delicious BBQ lunch! Can you help out?!
- Set up the plate/silverware section
- Slice watermelons
- Help set up the outside area
- Outside, keep an eye on restocking the self-serve section
- Help work the grills for the brave at heart!
We’ll be serving a plate, plasticware set (with napkin) along with a bun of choice indoors, once counted the students are free to go outside and get the rest of their goodies!
Prep will be from 8 AM to noon 11 AM, then set up from noon to 12:25 PM 11 to 11:35 AM. Lunch runs from 12:25 – 1 PM 11:35 AM – 12:30 PM. Come for whichever times are convenient for you. Please contact lunchroom manager Rachel Kayne directly at rlkayne@seattleschools.org and let her know which tasks you can help with and what time you can be there.
