Important Information for Our New Graduates

Here are a few important announcements for our newest graduates:

GRADUATION PHOTOS

Graduates can view and order official graduation photos at https://www.gradimages.com/.

CAP AND GOWN RECYCLING

If you would like to share your gently used cap and gown with next year’s graduating Seniors, feel free to bring them to the Counseling Office by June 30.

FINAL GRADES AND TRANSCRIPTS

Final grades will be available and posted on The Source by July 18. [NOTE: this date may not be firm — PTSA is checking.] Final transcripts for Common App, Coalition, or SendEdu schools (including University of Washington) will be uploaded after July 18 by your Garfield Counselor. Final transcripts for University of California schools should be requested via Naviance. If your college is not on one of the platforms above, please use the SPS Online Records Request tool, ScribOrder (https://seattleschoolswa.scriborder.com/), after July 18.

DIPLOMAS

Diplomas can be picked up from the Counseling Office beginning the last week of September. If a student is unable to pick up a diploma, only a parent or guardian listed on file can pick up their diploma for them.

SPS STUDENT ACCOUNTS AND ONEDRIVE

Graduates’ access to their SPS Student Accounts, including OneDrive, will be deleted soon. Download any files you wish to keep ASAP.

PTSA ALUMNI COMMUNICATIONS

Please do not unsubscribe from the PTSA eBark Newsletter so that we can keep you updated on GHS Alumni news. You will no longer receive the weekly newsletter; instead, you will be added to our Alumni mailing list.
