Save the Date – Spring Soiree on May 7

The Garfield PTSA is thrilled to announce that we will be having our first in-person event in two years, the SPRING SOIREE! It’s a fundraiser on May 7 from 6-8 pm in the Terrace Lounge at the Murano on First Hill.

After two years of isolation, it’s time for renewal and reconnection, and we can’t wait to spend some time with fellow Garfield community members.

It will be a chance to put on your favorite spring colors and florals and celebrate new beginnings with music, wine, hearty appetizers, and a signature spring cocktail. The location is a stunning penthouse lounge with a terrace and a spectacular view of downtown Seattle, the mountains, and our own Garfield High School. We will celebrate the resilience of Garfield students and staff after a couple of truly unprecedented years.  You’ll have the chance to hear about Dr. Hart’s vision for a renewed Garfield experience and how the PTSA can help him put his vision into action.  

Early bird tickets are $125 and includes free valet parking for the first 70 registrants.  Tickets will be available for sale at the end of this week: in the meantime, please save the date.

BEFORE THE SOIREE, WE NEED YOUR HELP

There will be a silent auction with wonderful tours, dinners, hotel stays and experiences to choose from (the auction will be available online before the event as well). WE NEED YOUR HELP PROCURING AS MANY ENTICING AUCTION ITEMS AS POSSIBLE.
