Seattle Central College 13th Year Promise Scholarship

Apply for the Seattle Central College’s 13th Year Promise Scholarship for a year of FREE tuition, academic and financial aid support. This scholarship is open to all Garfield High School seniors.

Benefits of 13th Year Promise Scholarship
Whether your goal is to earn an associate degree, bachelor’s degree or learn a marketable skill, you can get started with free tuition for your first year at Seattle Central. You will also get help becoming a successful college student including:

• Readiness Academy: Seattle Central will help you with financial aid applications, admissions help, placement test preparation, registration, campus tours and more.
• Summer Orientation: Just before you start at Seattle Central College, you will learn about life on campus, meet instructors and staff and learn about college resources and support.
• Year-Round Support: You will have access to a 13th Year Coordinator who will help you navigate your college experience.
• Beyond the 13th Year: We will help you apply for scholarships and financial aid after your first year of college.

Eligibility
This scholarship is open to any Garfield High School graduating senior (including Running Start students), regardless of grade point average, test scores or family income, as long as you meet the January 31, 2018 application deadline.
