Teens: Give Feedback on Startup Ideas, Get Service Hours @ Central Library — Saturday, Nov. 18

The Seattle Public Library needs feedback from teens on startup ideas and changing the face of education. Teams of innovators are creating education-focused products and services during Startup Weekend EDU Seattle, and they want to hear teens’ thoughts and ideas. Please join us from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18 at the Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 4, Washington Mutual Foundation Meeting Room 1, (206) 386-4636.

Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required.

The Startup Weekend EDU Seattle teams would love to share what they have been working on and interview your teen to get their thoughts. Their honest opinions will help them refine their assumptions and quickly change direction if they need to. It’s a lot of fun!

Why come out for this?

  • Free lunch!
  • Service hours – we will write a letter for your school saying that your teen participated as a volunteer
  • Their feedback can influence what the teams build
