Need GHS Community Input for Healthy Youth CAN Prevention Program

Healthy Youth CAN (Central Area Network) strives to increase community strengths through prevention and intervention strategies that support youth in making healthy life choices.

Funded by a grant from the State’s Health Care Authority, they administer an annual community survey that identifies perceptions and youth substance use and abuse in the Central Area.

The data from the surveys informs the program priorities and focus, helping to plan key initiatives to reduce risk and increase protective factors. The survey is anonymous, and a minimum of 180 surveys must be completed by Monday, Dec. 31, so please help!

Please take a few minutes to complete, then forward the link to all of your (over 18) Central Area neighbors and community partners. You may also request paper copies, which are also available in several languages. Thank you!
