REMINDER!: PE waivers for the 2nd semester of 2016 – 17 are due Monday, Oct. 2. You can get a waiver from the school website here: http://garfieldhs.seattleschools.org/UserFiles/Servers/Server_7283/File/Services/Counseling/PEWaiverLog3_14.pdf

PE Waivers will be granted for only ONE semester at a time. Request forms should be completed and returned to Ms. Lee, Assistant Principal, llee@seattleschools.org. Waivers received after the deadline for the applicable semester will be denied.
