How to Pick Up 2023 GHS Diploma

Hey, 2023 graduates and families, it is time to pick up diplomas! Read the instructions carefully.

Where: Diplomas are ready for pickup at the GHS Main Office

When: Weekday school hours – 8:50 am – 3:40 pm

Who Can Pick Up: The graduate or a parent/guardian 1) listed in the student’s records and 2) who has brought an ID Card that confirms identity.

How: Bring an ID and go the Main Office, just to the right after you enter through the main Garfield entrance (north side of building, facing the plaza).

Don’t Delay: Diplomas are kept at the school for 2 years. After then, the student will need to contact District archives/records for a diploma.
