Seattle Public Schools Language Access Survey
All Seattle Public Schools parents/guardians have the right to information about the education of their child in a language they understand. We are pleased to announce introduction of new policy and procedure for the rights of parents/guardians to language access services like translation and interpretation.
As bilingual and multilingual parents, we seek to include your experiences and recommendations. We are committed to improving systems and the capacity of our bilingual staff to provide quality interpretation and translation services.
Your anonymous responses to this survey will be considered for:
- the new policy and procedure for language access in 2017-18;
- our new website www.seattleschools.org/languag
es - new professional development for staff in 2017-18 and other channels
