Health Center’s Sleep Tips Week: April 15-19
The Teen Health Center is celebrating sleep week as we return from spring break!
Students with appointments at the Teen Health Center will be offered sleep hygiene handouts and sleep swag bags (eye masks and earplugs) to encourage returning to a healthy sleep schedule after break.
Teens are recommended to get 9 to 9.5 hours of sleep each night to support their physical, mental and emotional wellness. See the graphics below (select to enlarge) to learn more about sleep tips for teens.
The Garfield Teen Health Center is staffed by Seattle Children’s and the Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic.
