PTSA General Meeting November 15

The PTSA welcomes everyone in the Garfield Community to our first general meeting of the school year on Tuesday, November 15, in the Garfield Library and online.

Welcome reception—with snacks—begins at 6 pm and the actual meeting will start at 6:30 pm, running until 8 pm. Special guests include our Principal, Dr. Hart; our new Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator (and Football Coach), Reggie Witherspoon; and other administrators.

On the agenda: Votes on the PTSA budget and new officers; introduction and Q&A with Dr. Hart and Coach Spoon; and breakout discussions on school safety concerns and community-based solutions.
